Applied online through direct email on the Rideau Centre website and got an email back a day later to come in for an interview. Had a one on one interview with the Store Manager which was simple and easy. After the interview, I got offered the position on the spot and got a follow up phone call a couple of days later with the next step.

Lovely interview with the then assistant manager. Just connect showing your bubbly personality and talk maturely about your former job experience.
It ran for about 30-35 mins yet felt as if time flew by due to great conversation.
Great retail job. Requires alot of connecting with customers, even styling them in the fit rooms. But also remember EVERYONES EXPERIENCE is different
the interview was entirely behavioral and very casual/conversational. mostly just how you would handle customer interactions and selling the credit card. i would highly recommend working there and interviewing. very similar to other retail interviews.

how comfortable are you with selling a credit card at checkout and how would you go about it?
Easy, Basic Questions with the store manager. Just ask about previous experience and your availability. Why you want to work there. Met with the store manager and asked questions outside of the store.
