I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at J. Crew (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2019
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter from the NY corporate office. I had a great initial phone call with her, then one on-site interview with the current store director. I was then contacted again by the same recruiter to talk about salary, start date, and concerns. Then I was made an offer. I negotiated through the recruiter.

Interview

However, I was able to explain in detail how my past experience prepared me for this giving specific examples and also answer questions about how I would deal with specific situations.
