Interview
Entered the store and shared my reason for appearance. They led me to my destination, provided me a paper form to fill out and interviewed by one of the managers on the spot. I was actually very relaxed and enjoyed the interview process a lot more than I thought I would.
The interview process was easy and engaging. No difficult question was asked, they truly want to give you the job. The managers are supportive and they take you outside, less intimidating and more casual.
Straightforward and friendly. Had my resume printed for reference and asked relevant questions. Pay was not disclosed at the time of the interview. I was given a tour which was nice. Positive experience.

Online application led to a brief in-person interview at the store in the managers office. Basic behavioral and interest gauging questions were asked. After the interview I was given a call later that day with an offer for a full time position.
