I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at J. Crew (Toronto, ON) in Sept 2014
Interview
I applied on-line for a job posting for a sales support. I got contacted not long after and I was scheduled in for an interview not long after. In total I dad two interviews. First interview was in a group setting at one of the stores, there were about 5 of us. The second was one-on-one with upper management. This interview was shorter than the group interview and only consisted of a few show questions. I think the interviewer might have been in a rush.

Question 1
Typical questions. Why J.Crew? What is customer service to you? What are you're hobbies?
Very easy and straightforward interview process. Applied in store with my application (no resume) needed. Followed up a week later and was able to schedule in person interview. One and done
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at J. Crew (New York, NY) in Oct 2016
Interview
Interview was conducted by the manager who was very friendly and bubbly in the back of the store. Asked to tell her about myself and why I would be a good fit. Asked for my availability especially for black Friday, Christmas ve and Christmas day as well as New year's eve and New year's day. Was professional and casual at the same time. Very relaxed and felt more like a conversation than an interview.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at J. Crew (Milwaukee, WI) in Jan 2016
Interview
Overall it was an easy process. The interview lasted about 30 min and it was mostly conversational with a few typical interview questions. The interview took place in the mall hallway, but was a quiet cozy corner so it never felt uncomfortable.
