J.F. Brennan Company interview questions

A few days after submitting my resume and cover letter though my University's job portal, I received a phone call to schedule in-person interview. The call was actually more of an unscheduled phone interview with questions regarding my experience, degree, availability, etc. I was completely unprepared for this, but they were all questions that I could answer on the spot. An in-person interview followed the next week with HR supervisor, Marketing Manager and Business Development Manager. I received a call about 3 days later offering me the position.
