The process was pretty simple and laid back. The woman who helped me was very nice and answered all my questions about the position, hours, and pay. It didn't take long to hear back if I got the job or not.

Met with human resources who described job and requirements, expectations. Was instructed to wait for response t interview. Later, came back to to fill out paperwork necessary for employment. The company policies and benefits package were explained. I was told where to go on my first work day, where to park, etc.

non chalant. easy going since I knew the production manager from the past. I felt I had the job before I walked out of the room. Did a real fast tour of the plant, that looking back I wished I had more time to have seen the condition of most of the presses.
