1. Email Motivation Letter Application 2. Call with Director 3. In-Person Office visit (Interview with 4-5 employees) Overall relatively easy, straightforward, very quick and efficient. Team appeared to be very friendly. No HR was involved

Bizarre experience to say the least. Final question they asked: "How soon can you start?" Next step...was waiting....and waiting... Month later, after I sent several follow-ups, was told they are no longer looking externally. Note to self: I should have paid attention to the online reviews.
