We apologize if you felt that your interviews were repetitive and that the manager seemed unprepared. We understand that a smooth and well-organized interview process is crucial to ensure a positive candidate experience regardless of the outcome.
This is why the Talent Acquisition team is currently making improvements to our interview process working alongside hiring managers and providing training, tools, and coaching to create a better candidate experience.
