JCI Worldwide interview questions

With two persons (one manages the intern, the other you will work for). I didn't make it to the next round unfortunately. They rejected me out of super weird ground when I thought everything was going well. It may had to do with the political atmosphere. There are supposed to be three rounds. However, according to one of my friends who interviewed with them last year, she only had one round.
