The first interview was a non-technical phone interview with recruiter from HR. The second interview was a technical phone interview with a member of the DevOps team; it covered development practices, basic/high-level DevOps knowledge, my interest in DevOps. The third and final interview was an in-person, technical interview with three members of the DevOps team. About a week and a half prior to the interview I was asked to prepare a presentation on continuous integration. During the interview I was asked about my undergraduate coursework, interest in the field, side projects, past work experience, and the presentation I prepared.
