Got called a day after I applied online to come in for interview. It was a group interview with about 10 people and the first thing that was said was that the position I applied for was filled and they were just looking for holiday temps.
I initially applied for visual merchandising position but was told during the interview was actually for a sales associate position. One of the managers told me that they used different headings on the online helped wanted ads but interviewed everyone for the same position ( cashier).

One phone interview and one skype interview. They were very quick and made sure to not waste your time and their HR team was very efficient and helpful, which made the process easier.

the interview was a group interview. Most of the candidates did not dress professional, I did. Very easy interview. we just did group activities then they decided who they wanted and had a brief one on one interview.
