The interview process was fluid and engaging, I had a phone screen and 2 video (Skype) interview rounds. Shelby and Alison in recruiting kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. Both video interviews lasted about 2 hours and included 30 minute sessions with planning managers, planners, and HR. The 3rd interview was intended to be on-site at the JCPenney home office, but was scheduled as a video interview due to end-of-fiscal-year timing. I received an offer 2 weeks following the final interview.
