It was a one on one interview. She made it very easy and comfortable to answers questions. She asked about my skills, things I know about JCPenney. She loved that I already knew a lot about the company.

In your previous job, how did you satisfy costumers?
Easy, got hired in 1 week and was able to start as soon as possible. It was a good process and I liked the people I interviewed with. The culture is off to a positive start.
