There were two interviews. The first was conducted over the phone. Second was in person. Interviewer asked pretty basic questions. Next was orientation where you watch videos, sign documents, and schedule start date.

Was asked what my availability was like. Went through a series of scenarios and had to give my answer and why I chose that answer. After that I had to wait for half an hour for a second interview with another manager.

I met with the Store Manager. He asked general questions about my job history, hobbies, etc. I then asked questions about the role. We had a nice conversation and I was offered the position.

Casual conversation with the Manager about experience, etc. Discussed hours and made sure a good fit for both of us. Was a simple and straight forward interview. Was a very pleasant experience.
