Prescreening is done by computer; if it doesn't like the answers the applicant gives, management cannot override its decision, and the applicant cannot apply for any positions for 6 months.

Question 1
Questions involve integrity, motivation, and taking initiative. The list is long and the challenges are many--it's necessary to think of scenarios as they are described, and decide which of the responses would bet fit the situation.
It was fairly straightforward and easy. The woman I interviewed with was nice and not very intimidating. They took about a week to get back with me about an interview after I applied for the position.

Interview
I was contacted by email about my application. Contacted HR Supervisor and scheduled an interview date and time. Met with HR the next day for an in person interview. Very informative conversation with HR Supervisor.
Very efficient and the interviewer was very nice and gave me a lot of time to answer questions. The questions were not hard and they were very manageable. It was more so a discussion rather than an interview.
