I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at JCPenney (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2014
Interview
Was very informal. Easy paperwork to fill out. Courteous manager. The paperwork was simple to fill out, nothing out of the ordinary. Once the paperwork was completed, I was contacted and asked to come in for a one on one interview. The interview was on location and took approximately 30 minutes. After the interview I was offered a position and asked to take home some additional employment paperwork to fill out and bring back in.
