There was a brief telephone interview, more or less a short conversation, which provided more information on the company followed by scheduling for an in-person interview with the QA Manager and HR. The interview was very brief, there was an overview of qualifications and job duties as well a expectations on the job. I briefly talked about previous experience in the food industry and how it was beneficial or could be applicable to their company. During the interview,no behavioural based question or any specific testing was carried out.

First interview was very brief. No behavioural type interview questions. Two people, one from HR and one from QA, interviewed me. My second interview involved a plant tour of the production areas and a more in depth explanation of the job responsibilities.
