JDC interview questions

There were three rounds of interview .Recruiter ,Director,HR. Questions were based on experience .Asked about education,Clinical skills ,how many patients you can see .They also look for proficiency in molar endodontic treatments,Wisdom teeth extractions and surgical extractions

Everyone is extremely friendly, hardworking, and response time to any email or call is always prompt! Cons Although a great company, still working out some minor kinks with some of the employees as they develop and shift positions as to be expected with a growing and smaller company. Advice to Management JDC could possibly model after some of the other contracting companies in providing holiday pay.
