JES Tech hiring manager asked standard one-on-one interview questions then the technical team asks more detailed job-specific questions. There were no further interviews beyond those two, and both were conducted virtually.

A JES tech interview to confirm your interest before a second interview with the contract holder. The second interview is where I was asked to present research I have done (conference style) and answer some questions on the methods I used.

After presenting research - why did I choose to perform a meta-analysis rather than other research methods.
Very straight forward process. Minimal technical questions. Interviewers from JES Tech had minimal knowledge of job roles. More technical questions came from contract. Very friendly. Great information. Communication was prompt and concise.
