Interview
At first i got a phone call from the Team Leader, we talked about the position specs and my background, then I was invited to a technical interview,
The interview included questions on Java general knowledge and solving a problem in java. I was interviewed by 2 team leaders ,It was a bad interview by me, but the interviewers where very kind and direct, and i really appreciate the experience I gained from this failure.
Finally after the interview the HR contacted me by phone call to announce that I did not pass the interview, but the will keep on touch in the future.
