The whole process consist of 3 stages: Online application, Online test and Assessment Centre;
Online application consists of basic information about the applicant, applicant background including education and work experience and soft sills and competency questions;
Online tests were verbal, numerical and logical; Advise: Practice them in advance, many available on-line!
Assessment centre consists of group exercises, role play, interview and technical presentation; Use your university careers centre and practice through mock interviews/assessment centres; online tests will be repeated on the assessment centre on a paper;

Basic coding, resume behavior questions, align with intern work content and my past experiences, would prefer candidates to work 3 months+, great mentor and team with comprehesive onboarding and training

Walk me through your iOS developer experience starting with the figma design and Xcode demo
Application form then aptitude tests then assessment centre which contains a presentation with question and answer, then Situational interview.
Presentation is 10 minutes with 25 minutes of qna.
Situational interview is 45 minutes.

Interview
The day started with an introduction, followed by an interview, and then a group exercise, an in-tray exercise, having to decide in what ways, and how seriously particular situations would affect JLR in different aspects.
