I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at JLR (Coventry, England) in Dec 2013
Interview
The day is called 'Assessment Centre'. There were 4 activities which occurred throughout the day. These were a group exercise, a role play, an 'in-tray exercise' and an interview. Lunch was provided and we were introduced to some graduates already on the scheme. Passports were checked and photos taken for ID cards if we were successful in application. Very challenging day but enjoyable. Received job offer 5 days later.
