Very unprofessionally handled. Left waiting with other candidates for over an hour and a half in the lobby area past when interview were due to start. No one bothered to nip down and tell us they were running late. Two interviewers on the day. First one had a basic screening interview, followed by a presentation. Process was easy. First assessor quite pleasant to deal with. Second assessor was not so pleasant. Was very hostile from the start. Refused to shake my hand, and it quickly became apparent that he had no intention of recruiting anyone that day, whatever the candidate said. Was offered guest tickets for the nearby motor museum (in case I was being dropped off by a friend or relative, these would be for them to keep themselves occupied). I now regret not requesting some tickets - it would have been a far better use of my time. As a final note, feedback was never provided despite repeated requests. This is in violation of the Gradcracker pledge signed by JLR to advertise their roles on the site.
