I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at JLT Group (Mumbai) in May 2013
Interview
1. Technical test based on skills preferred. The test contains 50 objective and 5 subjective questions.
2. Managerial round is conducted by Program Manager.
3. HR (recruiter) round
4. If you are through all these, then there is Stakeholders round, which is conducted by Stakeholders abroad through video conferencing. The stakeholders may ask technical questions as well as questions that would explore the candidate's work ethics, etc.

Mostly technical, some of the toughest you could find in CMMI level 5 companies.
There are 3 rounds of an interview.
First round was the online test including quant, analytical and technical sections.
Second round was technical interview
First and second rounds were elimination rounds.
Final round was HR interview.
