Interview
This was for a position at a branch in Riverview, Florida. I had a phone screening interview with a recruiter, and then an in-person with the manager. My experience in the in-person interview was deeply unprofessional and hostile, characterized by a manager who exhibited narcissistic traits and was condescending. The interview environment also felt discriminatory regarding my age and academic background, as the manager appeared to take personal issue that I had a bachelor's degree. It was a waste of time and effort to prepare professionally for an encounter that was met with such rudeness. I would strongly advise future job seekers to consider other locations, as the leadership at this specific branch lacks the professional standards expected of such an institution.

Interview
In the interview, they started with the classic 'Tell me about yourself' question, so I briefly introduced my education, experience, and current goals. Then they asked several behavioral questions like how I handle deadlines or difficult clients. There were also a few situational questions, such as what I would do if a client wanted to cancel or dispute a transaction. Overall, it was a balanced interview focusing on both personality and problem-solving skills.

Interview
Clear, to the point. Manager asks question like why do you want to be a banker and if you have any experience with customer service. They also ask about scenario questions and how you would approach the scenario.
