The interview process is not focused on your financial knowledge, but more on your personality and hospitality skills. If you have a background in sales or customer service you should be fine.

They ask you to role-play greeting and engaging clients.
Your commute is important; they will confirm how far you live from the branch.
They will pay for you to get licensed, but they will still ask if you have any FINRA licenses.
easy asked alot of behavior questions. had meeting with both branch manager and director or the market. Asked questions of past experience and what they would require from new experience.

very easy and vey organized. ask you a few simple questions, and more about yourself and your past experience. they will ask you what do you do to prepare yourself for a day at work.

Interview
One phone call prescreening and then one in person interview at the branch. In person was with just the branch manager, not a group of hiring mangers. Very relaxed conversation, nothing too in depth.
