The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Newark, DE) in Feb 2017
Interview
I was lucky enough to be referred from within by a connection I had made. The process was very simple and smooth. After I submitted my application I was contacted about 2 weeks later and I was invited to a superday in Newark, DE. They showed us around the building, had guest speakers, and provided us with an opportunity to network with VP's and FA that have finished the program. The questions were not too difficult, very standard and relatively laid back.
I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (New York, NY) in Nov 2016
Interview
Applied in early September and contacted for the first time in mid-November stating I passed first round screening. I was asked to perform three 30-min video interviews back-to-back with three days-notice. The first two interviews were with associates with the last being a VP. Interview questions ranged from how do you stay up-to-date with the market, why JPMorgan, why FADP, with the remainder focused around personality and scenario based questions. It took roughly 4-5 weeks after the video interviews to be contacted by the recruiter who offered me the FADP position. I was very surprised that I was offered the position after only completing three brief video interviews. I was under the impression that the next step was to complete an in-person interview at the location. The process took longer than I expected with very little communication during the process. Overall it was a weird and unorthodox process but a positive one nonetheless.

Interview
Really easy, mostly behavioral questions and why you want the company. A couple of questions about Excel but mostly why you think you would be a good fit. The interviewers were very laid back and it was pretty conversational
