the commuication wtih the staffing agency back and forth wtih the bank was very time consuming and tideous -- but eventually landed the job - they do this horrible fake phone call were they leave you in a room and call you and want you to colllect an account - they need to figure another way

Virtual - Due to COVID. Temp agency was completing bulk hiring great for some but low pay initially and a very long and elementary training, this would be beneficial for someone who has never done this before, however; someone who has years of experience and has to waste a whole day while others learn to turn their computers on makes it frustrating.

First, there was a phone interview. then, I was invited to speak with a hiring manager. They want examples of times when you handled a difficult customer, what are your strengths and weaknesses. Was sent for drug testing right away. Received offer letter in the mail within five days.

Interview
First you get contacted by a recruiter, mine was very nice and professional. Next, I had an interview which, for me, was very "black and white". the two guys who interviewed me had 0 personality. The questions had nothing to do with my experience and/or the position, which obviously is what i had prepared for.
