Interview
I attended a diversity event centered on females for the Columbus office. It was a two day event that taught all about the company and the program and culminated in an interview at the end of the second day. The interview itself was two thirty minute interviews in the same room with other candidates also being interviewed simultaneously. It was honestly a blur, but it was very conversational.

Interview
The interview process consisted of three separate interviews with different team members, each lasting around 30 minutes (approximately 1.5 hours in total).
The discussions were focused on understanding the role, the teams, and included both behavioral and some technical/analytical questions. Overall, the process was well-structured and gave a good overview of the position.
After the Hirevue, I participated in a superday process, which involved two back to back interviews. The questions were standard behavioral questions. They want to know about leadership skills and general interest in finance. Also, research the company well.
Hirevue with 3 questions followed by a superday. superday was 2 40 minute interviews, the first one about yourself and general behaviorals, while the second one was more about what technical skills you have used in past projects.
