They wasted no time in hiring process .... 4 days after I submitted my resume, had a phone interview and 4 more days later, an onsite. Offer was given 4-5 days after the onsite. There was very little room in offer negotiation though. Interview was not hard, most questions were expected ... Met with 4 interviewers and spent 30 minutes with each.

I applied through Indeed got call in 1 week from HR then I went through 1st interview with senior manager got a mail in 2 days for next round. I have next round in 3 days

Then I was called in for a 3 hour in person interview with multiple different people.
Once I got accepted, then they did a Background check and drug test.
