The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Columbus, OH) in Feb 2010
Interview
I spoke with a recruiter and she set up an interview with two managers. Then later in the week before my interview the Branch Manager called to set up an interview. I accepted and let her know that a recruiter had also called. She asked if I could meet with her before that interview. She stated they may be looking at me for multiple positions. On a Friday I had an interview at the branch with the manager for about an hour and 15 minutes. It was rather informal more like a conversation, then she asked me a series of questions that Chase requires. Be prepared to talk about a challenge you over came, a competitive situation you were in and be prepared to sell a Chase product.
After I met with her I had a noon interview at Corporate. I arrived about 10 minutes early and waited 15 minutes past the interview’s scheduled time to meet with the Branch managers’ manager… a regional manager. She was tough. There was no conversation, no warm up she jumped right in to the hard questions including how much money I wanted. This got me. Don’t go low. This is a commission based position they want to know that you want to make money. I would suggest saying $50,000, after seeing how the commission structure played out and what would be expected of you. Then the regional manager took a call in the middle of the interview. She then had to go to lunch and asked if I could go back to the branch later that day and shadow, and speak with customers.
I went back to the Branch which was located in a Kroger’s. With the Branch Manager I walked around and spoke with Kroger shoppers about promotions Chase was offering. Everything came very natural to me and I thought I did an awesome job. I think things went really well with the Branch Manager, but not so great with the regional.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Boulder, CO) in Aug 2015
Interview
A formality after being tapped for the position by the District Manager after closing my accounts. The entire interview process was very tedious and involved a lot of waiting on my part.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Waterford, MI) in Mar 2013
Interview
Phone interview with recruiter (the phone interview was fairly easy, reviewed resume and asked a couple generic questions i.e. what are your strengths/weaknesses). The second step was an in-person interview with District manager. Was offered a position the next day.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (New York, NY) in Jan 2011
Interview
It was short but concise. They want to test and see whether or not you can cut it in a sales environment. It took roughly 30 minutes from start to finish and covered what one can expect working in a bank and the trials on a day to day basis.
