The process was 4 steps starting from HR call to 3 interviews with members of the group. The interviews were challenging and the questions were macro or technical fixed income questions. I was dinged after the final interview
I applied online. I interviewed at JPMorganChase in May 2026
Interview
The first round was a 30-min zoom interview with an associate. He just asked about some of my experience on my resume then I did some live coding, nothing that hard or anything. I had the second round interview, also a 30-min zoom call, a week later. It was with a different associate this time who was 15 min late. So we did half of the interview then finished the other half an hour later. She asked me some questions about time-series and stocks and did another live coding which also wasn't that hard. However I don't know much of a finance background. I was rejected after this a few weeks later. From what I know there would be 4 rounds in total.
30 min Zoom interview. Thought it would be behavioral, but it was all technical and live-coding. The questions weren't too difficult, but I didn't do well as I wasn't informed about the format.
