The concerned Head of Dept. communicates HR Head about the person to be hired. The HR Head, after approval from the CEO, either extract some CV;s from their CV Bank or give an advertisement for the subject post. the shortlisted CV.s then shared with the concerned HOD and after mutual agreement between Concerned HOD & HR Head, applicant are called upon for interviews. The concerned HOD and HR representative conduct Interview and then the selected candidate is offered a job by HR Head. However if the subject position is of Managerial Cadre then final interview is being conducted by the CEO and then offered a job. The applicant is given Offer Letter and asked to join the company after completion of notice period.
