      Process Engineer Interview

      29 Jun 2009
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Sunnyvale, CA
      Declined offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at JSR (Sunnyvale, CA) in Sept 2007

      Interview

1st round was the typical phone interview which consisted of work description and company background. 2nd round was on site which lasted about 4 hours in total. There was a panel interview with the engineers related to the group applying for and then a 1:1 with the Dept Director and HR Manager. Impression from the overall process was that they most likely do not hire/interview numerous candidates. The process was somewhat disorganized and the questions asked were very bland and typical. The HR Manager was very forward in expressing that I would get a call back soon.
