First conducted the exam which is some more difficult and interview also average.one should have deep knowledge about the working condition in JSW. Difficult to get the job and they asked to fill the form in that references whether some relations working in JSW or not.

Got call from unknown source asking for the profile detail. Then called for technical interview at location.
A group panal conducted the interview related to the experince and technical summary.
After that HR interview conducted for the personal liabilities. Soon after lunch they called for negoatiation of salary & that part was not good.
