It was a very uncomfortable experience. I went in for a full time job offer, then was offered a paid internship, and an internship with a travel stipend. I was told that I should be grateful for the opportunity and that it could lead to better sales opportunities. Pretty sure they didn't like my attitude after that nugget of information. Now I have a job in medical sales making almost triple what I thought the original "job" would have paid there. Be weary is my best advice.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at JTE Multimedia (Berwyn, PA) in Jul 2010
Interview
Direct team members seemed nice, and asked general programming and project management skills questions, but the office space was bizarre - no obvious entrance, all desks seemed temporary, lots of boxes everywhere - seemed very disorganized. Lot of people coming in and out during the interview, no real privacy or long-term goals.
