I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at JUXT (London, England) in May 2025
Interview
1st interview with the Hiring manager
2nd Coding test
3rd Client Interview
The overall interview process was structured and the interviewers were helpful and approachable throughout. However, the problem statements provided in the documentation were not clearly defined, which led to a fair amount of back-and-forth to clarify expectations. While the interviewers did take the time to explain further when asked, improving the clarity of the initial documentation would make the process smoother for future candidates. It would also be beneficial to include concrete examples in the problem statements to better illustrate what is being asked. This would help candidates focus more on solving the problem rather than trying to interpret it.

Interview
I’ve been interviewed for a role in July 2024. I failed the role and the feedback was that I said that I wasn’t actively looking for a new role. Which is wierd.
Anyway, I thank them and stayed where I was.
December 2024, a recruiter proposed me another (?) role with them and I said I am interested (no hard feelings after all). They replied that I was already interviewed for that role.
Very weird approach to my application.
After all, things might change after 6 months.
