The first step was a phone interview and they asked me to send them my transcript and my results to a DISC assessment. The interviewer was very nice overall. Unfortunately, I did not finish the interview because the interviewer realized I was not graduating by the time the position started but she did kindly tell me about another position that will be posted after I graduate and told me to apply to tby instead, which I appreciated.
