The interview was fairly standard. We went through my experience and I was briefed on what the company does and what they were looking for in the open position. We talked about how the company wanted to improve and how I could contribute to that with my skills in social media, SEO, and digital marketing in addition to any additional skills I had (web design, Adobe CS, etc). After we finished going through the basics, I received a tour of the office and met with some of the personnel, all of which were friends and welcoming. After the interview concluded, I spoke with the receptionist who was incredibly helpful and friendly and I was notified within a day that I would be offered the position. The hiring process was very quick and done by email and fax for signing the initial paperwork. The employees were helpful in communicating good areas for moving to and local landmarks and businesses to try once I moved.
