Very straightforward and formal interview.
1. Resume submittal
2. Phone Screening
3. In-person interview with two HMs.
The interview is very formal.
Be ready for a cold and strict atmosphere.
Prepare the following:
- Tell me about yourself
- Your strengths
- Your weakness
- How do you see yourself in 2/5 years?
- They will give you some scenarios to see your approach to problem-solving
Make sure you ask good questions in return.

It was very simple, the interviewer was very easygoing and friendly. She asked about professional experience and job expectations. It was a short interview and at the end she asked If I had any questions. I asked about the salary range and the benefits since they weren't specified on the job posting.
