After I sent in my application, a handler contacted me. A short talk of 15 minutes. She tried to understand me and introduced the Internship Program to me. 10 days later, she called again and proposed a 1.0 meeting with her other colleagues. At this 1.0 meeting I met with Jace, Mia and Jane. I was told to explore potential affinity in this 1.0 meeting. 5 days later, I was proposed a 1.5 meeting - a simulation game to test my acting and solution capability. This also went well. They were satisfied with my solution skills. I was then invited to the last 2.0 meeting - an assessment about my intelligence collection skills. I also scored well this one. Finally I received an Internship offer. The entire cycle lasted 2-3 weeks. In the meantime I was encourage to ask as many questions as possible - the Program, China living conditions, expectations from both sides, visa, etc. All my questions were fully responded and answered.
