Interview
Very easy, I knew what the job was about and they hired me right away. I was being referred by one of their clients, a person who was higher up, so they had no doubts that I was a good candidate.

Question 1
The interview was mostly how they needed my help with XYZ and what do I think about the work? I felt that I was interviewing them. I was coming from another reputable civil engineering firm, so they had no doubt about my capabilities. I was also being referred by one of their key clients, so that added another layer of weight to the interview.
