I applied online. I interviewed at Jaeb Center for Health Research (Tampa, FL) in Jun 2017
Interview
It was extraordinarily long. Consisting of 5 separate interviews. I applied as an administrative assistant and then was interviewed for a completely different possition. Overall, everyone was very nice, but the interview process seemed a little over the top.

Interview
After seeing the job listing on indeed, I filled out the application via the JCHR website and received an email request for an interview pretty soon after. First interview with Executive Director and then I was immediately contacted for subsequent back to back interviews with two different projects directors. None of the nonsense "where do you see yourself" questions, I felt like they just tried to get to know you and your skills and see if you would be a good fit. They also considered your resume and different positions that may be a better fit.
