Sent in cover letter and CV via online portal. Easy to view application progress. Given a 30 min phone interview (more general than specific QA skills based) with the QA team leader + 1 member of staff, passed. The second round was an interview day in the office. Group of 6 called in: day consisted of a QA reporting test, tour of the office, group exercises, short face-to-face interview, and critiquing a design document. Was called to be given an offer a couple of weeks later.

I received an email about 5 days after submitting my C.V asking to do a phone interview, i received no feedback after the interview. I spoke to another candidate who was offered an interview but got no reply when he tried to agree on times.
