They ask questions progressively. from how to deal with basic trade book problems to how to develop a trading system. there is also some brain teasers included in the process.

Quick phone call with recruiter, then an excel test relevant to the role. This was followed-up by a phone call with a recruiter who asked a few brain teasers. I thought the process was fair and well run

Overall positive experience, nice interviewers, only did the phone interview, mostly introductions and basic questions based on probability. It lasted about 30 minutes and included around 5 questions increasing in difficulty. The interviewer was nice and helpful.
