Interview
Four interviews, by phone, including a skype interview and then
one round of interviews in the home Portland office, half day
Interview questions were standard for AE positon
Did ask for a 30/60/90 day plan and did follow up on reviewing plan
emphasis on closing deals right away but large deals are a very long sales process- 6 months to 18 months

Interview
The interview involves several rounds of discussion with different people in the team including the executives. The interviews were conducted via Skype and in person. It took a while after the first round, then I had several interviews within the same week and the job offer the same day of the last interview
