Interview
The interview process was fairly standard. First, there was an initial screen with hiring manager. Then, there were individual interviews with several team members. Finally, there was a wrap-up discussion/interview with the hiring manager.

Describe an example of how you handled a disagreement with a coworker.
Interesting people, process was lengthy. Communications about process was limited. Interviews were well organized. They use contractors for HR who were not familiar with company processes and could not answer a lot of questions.

Describe your leadership style with individuals and teams.
They will ask a lot of question related to their own competency model. They want to understand the situation, your task, how you acted and the result of the that, the STAR model.
