It was very relaxed and I felt comfortable! Lots of questions on experience and he hinted at possible management. Interesting set up at the restaurant, but I did not take the job.

Name a time that you had a difficult guest and how you dealt with it.
Basic server interview, did the basic tell me about yourself, asked about previous experience, have you worked in a 2 kitchen restaurant, what do you do outside of work, what are your strengths etc.
