The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Jarlette Health Services (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Applied online and received a call for interview within a couple weeks. It was a panel with 3 interviewers. Questions were as expected. Salary is not for those who have previous experience doing the job. It doesn't matter to them what you bring to the table, they will hire you if you accept the low salary, have a useless degree and have never done the job before. I would say it is an entry level role with a good base salary that is non negotiable and nowhere in line with industry benchmarks ( $20k lower).
I was offered the job with a Salary, then I tried to negotiate higher but instead the salary went down another $4k!! Yes true story! Then they continued to interview even though told me the job was mine if I wanted it. Finally I was then told they selected another person - presume because they accepted the low salary and less flight risk. It was a good move on their part.
Funny though, a month later I got a call asking if I wanted the same job as I guess the sure thing didn't work out.
Red flags all over the place.
Advice: Realistically define who you are looking for to run your buildings. If you want to hand hold people starting out in their career then great. Don't waste people's time who are able to hit ground running and disrespect their value by dismissing their experience.

I applied online. I interviewed at Jarlette Health Services (Orangeville, ON) in Jun 2020
Interview
They had Group interviews for with multiple candidates. There are also one on one interviews. Questions were mixed and included scenario and behavioural type questions. Overall, depending on preference a simple process..group interviews are intense.
