first they conducted gd which was on normal social topics.Then personal interview which was purely based on marketing strategy.It was a one day process.the interview was not so difficult but they put you in difficult situations so You need to be mentally prepare for this

1st round was group discussion followed by personal interview and then face to face interview.
group discussion was good but very poor at time management.It took very long time to complete the 1st round itself.

1. GD
2. HR interview
3. Interview with sales manager.
In GD and HR they look for your communication. Where as in final round it purely depends on how well you respond and your spontaneousness.
